Federal government guidelines (by SAMHSA-the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) require that companies which use commercial class drivers licenses for employees must have a testing system in place. Among other things, this required testing program must test for 5 specific categories of drugs (referred to as the "SAMHSA 5"). Because of this Federal requirement, most companies use a basic drug test that checks for drugs in these 5 common categories. We also offer Lab-Based Tests with confirmation on all non-negative results. MRO is available for confirmation.

Although these are known drugs of abuse, some can also be legally used to treat legitimate medical conditions. Many people feel the 10 panel drug is superior to other tests like the SAMHSA-5 because it screens for more drugs and may catch illegal use of many prescription drugs that are readily available. The problem for employers is that some of these drugs are not illegal and testing for nonillegal drugs has been viewed by some employees as an invasion of privacy and/or a violation the American with Disabilities Act. There are a number of places that will use a 10 panel drug test; in particular, Law Enforcement Agencies, schools and courts. Lab-Based drug tests (SAMHSA) are available with confirmation on all non-negative results. MRO is available for confirmation of any prescriptions.
Drug Test - Hair - Basic 5 Panel & 5 Panel with Expanded OPI (call for pricing)
Our Price: $135.00 (Basic w/o expanded OPI)
A hair drug test is an examination that uses a small sample of hair to identify specific drugs used by the person being tested. A standard hair drug test covers a period of approximately 90 days. The hair sample is cut as close to the scalp as possible and the most recent 1.5 inches are tested. We’ll take about 50-70 strands of hair for the test (a little less than the diameter of a pencil). Our hair drug test will look for Cocaine, Cannabinoid (Marijuana), Opiates, Amphetamine and Phencyclidine (PCP). Also available with expanded Opiates (Morphine, Codeine Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, and 6-AM)
Drug Test - Hair - Extended 9 Panel
Our Price: $199.00
This is a 9 panel Hair Drug Test. It includes the basic 5 panel (Amphetimines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Marijuana) and adds the additional drugs:
Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, and Propoxyphene. Note: 12-Panel and 14-Panel Tests also available (call for specifics and pricing)
Synthetic Marijuana Drug Test
Our Price: $99.00
This is a test that identifies synthetic marijuana (street names Spice, K2, Blaze, fake pot) through oral fluid analysis.
Steroid Panel
Our Price: $139.00
Performance enhancing drug test panels are available to detect a wide range of steroids, diuretics and stimulants. Our test panel is updated periodically to include new prohormones, designer steroids, diuretics and stimulants. Our steroid test panel is comparable to WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) tests. This is a urine test and results are available in 5-7 days.
Suboxone - Buprenorphine - Urine Drug Test
Our Price: $39.00
This test is designed to monitor use of the prescribed medication Suboxone or detect it's illicit use. Suboxone contains a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. Buprenorphine is an opioid medication and is similar to other opiods such as morphine, codeine, and heroin. Suboxone is usually not detectable in a standard 5 or 10 panel drug screen. Many recreational users also report withdrawal symptoms. Due to the high potency of tablet forms of buprenorphine, only a small amount of the drug need be ingested to achieve the desired effects.
Our Price: $185.00
Highly stable, simple to collect, and easy to ship and store, fingernails provide a test sample that is at the cutting edge of drug and alcohol testing. Fingernails are made up of keratin, the same material of which hair is made.
Also available for 7, 9, 10, 12 or 14 drugs. Call for pricing.
Alcohol Hair Test
Our Price: $190.00
With as much as an inch and a half of hair cut from the scalp of a person, a hair alcohol testing laboratory can find out what a person’s approximated consumption of alcohol has been up to a 30 day history and if the hair sample is longer, as much as a year of alcohol consumption can be tested. A series of assessments called FAEE, fatty acid ethyl esters and EtG alcohol testing are done to measure the amount of FAEE and EtG markers that are revealed in the tests. The more alcohol a person has consumed, the more markers will be present on a test. Hair testing for alcohol markers is now recognised is US judicial systems.
Alcohol Test EtG Urine
Our Price: $59.00 (w/o confirm) $99 (w/confirm)
Ethyl glucuronide (EtG) is a direct metabolite of ethanol alcohol. The presence of EtG in the urine can be used to detect recent alcohol consumption, even after the ethanol alcohol is no longer measurable. The presence of EtG in the urine demonstrates that ethanol alcohol was ingested within the past three or four days, or roughly 80 hours after the ethanol alcohol has been metabolized by the body. As a result, it can be determined that a urine alcohol test employing EtG is a more accurate indicator of the recent consumption of alcohol as opposed to simply measuring for the existence of ethanol alcohol.
